As it relates to ministry, what will you do in 1020? How will you serve? That’s what ministry is. Ministry in more than serving God, its serving the body of Christ.  Say what? “Your serving God by going to Church? How does God benefit from you showing up to worship service every Sunday?

Who will you encourage? Who will you  “help up”? While so many believers are focused on what rewards and crowns they will receive when they get to heaven, they are missing the opportunity to do a service (ministry) to the saved and unsaved alike. Read more »

God uses people.

In the company of believers you hear all sort of  cliches, fancy words of the christian vernacular, the problem with these words and phrases is that many of them are useless and empty.  Being  christian does not make you exempt from life’s problems.  Although one might spend their time in much prayer, you still must interact with the rest of the worlds population and you will encounter other people with real problems.

Principle duties

As I was preparing for today’s post, I thought I would simply post Romans 12. I wanted to share something from Romans 12:9 and I will at a later time, but for now I hope you find this chapter of Romans inspiring and a reminder to the principle duties of believers, I was reminded. Read more »
