Living the Christian life is more than attending a service, paying tithes, raising an offering, planning the next Pastor and Wife anniversary, selling chicken dinners and going to the Holy Convocation. These activities are done at the expense of relationships and we camouflage it by saying this is ministry, this is service unto the Lord.

Members will sit in the church and have a valid question about a practice or a something taught, but will look the other way instead of asking because they don’t want to appear to rock the boat. There is nothing wrong with asking questions, especially the tough ones, there in nothing wrong with wanting to know why.
Now, here is the twist, if we would study to show ourselves approved unto God, a workman that needs not be ashamed rightly dividing the word of truth ( 2 Timothy 2:15 ), you would have your answer and you probably would not need to ask.

It’s always said that a successful relations requires a fifty-fifty split of the responsibilities between the two in the relationship, there is another way that I’ve heard it explained and that is: a marriage is a partnership and each need give 50/50 for the relationship to work. Wow! Imaging that, being in a relationship and only having to give 50% of your effort and depending on your significant other to contribute the other 50% for the relationship to be a success. Sounds like a recipe for disaster to me.
While in my undergrad studies, all team members were prepared and contributed more that 100% of the effort in team assignments, just in case another team member was lacking or slacking. The team leader was definitely prepared to do all parts of the assignment because his/her grade depended on a completed assignment, regardless of who did or did not contribute.
