When the day seems dark and problems abound…I pray.
When friends have left me and the church seems too far away…I pray.
When the days are long and I need counsel and find none…I pray.
When an emergency arises early in the morning or I need to make a decision now! I pray.

According to 1 Peter 3:15, we should be ready to give every man an answer that’s will ask you the reason of the hope that you have. What is it you can answer? I believe that anyone can answer intelligently as to why they believe, what they believe. Here are some thing to do and not to do.
This is not an exhaustive post that will make the reader a subject matter expert but it will give your something to remembers and what not to do when you have to give someone an answer and they really what to know.

The Church Of God in Christ (C.O.G.I.C) was organized in 1907. The Church design of the church seal was created in 1973 and adopted in 1981, eight years later. I have a though in reference to the eight years that I will share later in this post. History always tells a story about who, what and why we are today.
C.O.G.I.C members are a proud group of people and in many cases pride will not allow you to see the truth or adjust when you need. Members of this great institution pride themselves on their standard of living. With Holiness and The Baptism of The Holy Ghost with the evidence of Speaking In Tongues being the hallmark and evidence of salvation in the church, I can only wonder where we are going wrong. People seemed to be consumed with, what belongs to them. We have my phone, my car, my salvation, my church, my pastor, my way or the highway and my life.
