Hmmm…is this possible? Okay, let me build up to my point. Lets start with the word diva, used in the English language in the late 19th century. It is derived from the Italian noun diva, a female deity. The plural of the word in English is “divas”; in Italian, dive [ˈdiːve]. The basic sense of the term is “goddess”. As it relates to ministry, what will you do in 1020? How will you serve? That’s what ministry is. Ministry in more than serving God, its serving the body of Christ. Say what? “Your serving God by going to Church? How does God benefit from you showing up to worship service every Sunday?
Who will you encourage? Who will you “help up”? While so many believers are focused on what rewards and crowns they will receive when they get to heaven, they are missing the opportunity to do a service (ministry) to the saved and unsaved alike. Read more »

So much has become acceptable to the masses of believers that it i shard to tell the believer from the non believer. Every body is a Christian these days, anybody can talk the religious jargon, but that doe not mean they know God. everybody claims to know God also, but to know God is to know love and to know love would mead that knowledge is reflected in our behavior.
When it comes to teaching or preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ, every message won’t be a feel good sermon. There are times when Gods people will need exhortation or a rebuke (strong criticize or reprimand) so they we will turn around situations in our lives. Many things are in our control, they are out of control when we seemingly look the other way or we allow compromise in our lives. Read more »

In The Apostle Paul’s final instruction to the Thessalonians (1 Thessalinoans5), he instructs them to do three things as the day of the Lord approaches. In the church you will find one or the more of these types of Christians just as Paul stated in the previously mentioned passage of scripture.
In verse 10, of 1Thessalonias 5, Paul says to the Thessalonians “10: Christ died for us so that, whether we are dead or alive when he returns, we can live with him forever. 11: So encourage each other and build each other up, just as you are already doing.” Read more »
