The most ludicrous statement I’ve ever heard. When it comes to being overly spiritual , believers can often go overboard, way over board. When it comes to sensationalism we seem to be experts at it.
In worship services, believers will worship God in a way that is unique to them, everybody will express themselves to God in a way that is unique to themselves. You can not orchestrate the way people worship and praise God and please when the evangelist or flamboyant missionary or speaker stands up and say that you have to make love to the Holy Sprite, you should chalk it of as ignorance.
I would teach my children, In your journey through life, no matter how successful and far you go, never ever forget God and who He is! Read your Bible, know what the Holy Scriptures say, because in your life time, you will encounter flamboyant and eccentric missionaries, evangelist, prophets, apostles, preachers and believers. Knowing Gods word will help you to identify the flamboyant, eccentric influential church leaders and their false doctrine.
You worship God in the beauty of Holiness, suggesting or teaching people how to love God by, walking around in the worship service moaning and crying “God..i love you” would trouble any onlooker. I realize that people have their unique way of expressing their love and appreciation for God, you cant make love to the Holy spirit! The thought and the concept is absurd!
Worship God buy your daily living in obedience to His word and show your love for God through your obedience to Him and loving others.
