1 John 1:7 But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.
Light is what God is. God is also life. God is also love. These are not just attributes of God, but who He is. This may be difficult for us to understand but the Word of God says this is so. When God reveals Himself, its always in light, life, and love. When you experience God’s presence, its always uplifting, always edifying always full of light, it’s never the opposite. If your experience with God is not edifying, or uplifting, or is not full of light and comfort, then you haven’t experienced true fellowship with the Father. Mark E. Baker

Everyone remembers the dedicated, loyal and faithful member of the church, they are the ones that remind you of their loyalty, dedication and faithfulness, and the pastor reminds you too. They never missed a prayer meeting, never missed a shut in, they wouldn’t be caught dead in any place else on Sunday (but the church), every time the doors of the church are open, they are present. They are never in the prayer line, but you will find them praying for everyone else.
When the bible speaks of love in the book of Corinthians, one of the attributes mentioned as to what love is not: Love is not forward and self-assertive, nor boastful and conceited. If believers are to exemplify or demonstrate the love of God in their lives, this must be demonstrated and practiced in the very place we worship. Spending the time to honor someone for their service is one thing, when believers begin to honor themselves and set themselves above the other you will have problems in the worship service.
Being dedicated and faithful to your denomination or loyal to your pastor is a misplaced loyalty. Church goers (different from believers) will often have more respect and reverence to their denomination, ministry, calling or church building than for each other. The building is not where God lives, He lives in the Hearts of His people. So, which should your have more love and respect for? A communion table, a church building or the people of God? If you can proclaim your love, loyalty and dedication for a denomination or building and have contempt for others because they don’t attend church like you, pray like you, dress like you or quote scripture as good as you, your just making a lot of noise
Brass And Cymbals
When it comes to making noise and getting your attention, sounding brass and gong or clanging cymbals will do exactly that. It is quite interesting how scripture likens us to things that make noise when love is a motivating and present force in our lives. Making noise is synonymous with promoting yourself and your agend in the body of Christ. While many people will look the other way in acceptance others are annoyed by it. Jesus Christ should be the center of attention in the worship service.
The bible makes it plain, you can give your money to the poor, you can feed the hungry, if you do not have love, you are just making a bunch of noise. We are nothing in the ministry and the work that we do when love is not present in our lives.
If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. (1 Corinthians 13:1)

What a great feeling to be in the company of friends or in the fellowship of the believers and hear encouraging words. Believers will embrace each other, firm hand shakes are exchanged among the men and the women will express their joy at seeing another friend or member they haven’t seen in awhile. In a quiet place, sound can carry great distances, especially at night. What’s unusual is how a sound such as the one a loud click makes in the church; this click is unusual, not the one that two pieces of metal or plastic make when they suddenly strike each other, but like when two on more people in the church function well together or really hit it off; they set them selves apart from the saints, share information among them selves about others that damage relationships; they disrupt harmony in the body of Christ and tear friends and families apart with poison words.
If we are going to win people, hurting people, and discouraged believers back unto Christ, we must first begin showing Love, patience, long suffering, kindness to those who are members of the body of Christ!
Rom 12:9 Let love be without dissimulation. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good.
