Why not? In the past we had such reality shows or videos like: College Girls Gone Wild, Girls Gone Wild and many more. Some will think I am committing the unpardonably sin of blasphemy, if that what you think, you don’t properly understand what blasphemy is. The fact of the matter is, many churches have seemingly gone wild. Preachers are committing sexual sins with boys ( I guess they are no longer interested in women), people are attending church looking for dates and mates, men and women dress sexy and sensual in the church and no one will say anything to anyone.
Radio personalities have made comments about the church, calling pastors “Pimps in the pulpit”; yes I’ve listened to many of these radio programs and seldom will any preacher or church member’s called in asking the radio personality to explain themselves. Why is that? Could it be that perception is 90% reality? Is their a hint of truth t these accusations? I have never heard of a church leader accused of drug smuggling or espionage, its usually some sexual sin or misusing church funds. Sex, money and greed, it seems to run wild in many
church, mega and not so mega. The churches that teach prosperity; the pastors seems to be the most wealthy of his membership and all we do is build bigger sanctuaries; that’s not to accommodate church growth, it gives members an association and church membership they can boast about.
So, for those who were offended by the title, your comments are welcomed. What you can not ignore is the church is made a laughing stock every time the members do something foolish like causing panic with news like..”JUDGEMENT DAY ON MAY 21st” Or a leader is arrests for shooting someone, having sex with boys or sleeping with the women in the church. Who will believer our report? Who will listen to us now? Prosperity preachers are taking advantage of their members and the member are non the wiser, but those outside of the church seem to have more sense and rational than those in the church.
The Church at Corinth, seemingly forgot who they were (1 Corinthians 5) , so much so, that Paul had to remind them (1 Corinthians 6:9-11) Are we not smarter than the members at Corinth? I guess history does repeat itself. In those days there were false prophets, sensuality and sexual immorality in the church, rules and traditions of men. Are we not smarter than those at Corinth?

Everyone remembers the dedicated, loyal and faithful member of the church, they are the ones that remind you of their loyalty, dedication and faithfulness, and the pastor reminds you too. They never missed a prayer meeting, never missed a shut in, they wouldn’t be caught dead in any place else on Sunday (but the church), every time the doors of the church are open, they are present. They are never in the prayer line, but you will find them praying for everyone else. Read more on Brass and Cymbals – When Love Is Not Present…

There are many articles and blogs on how to please God. How do I or you please God? As if God is angry and we need to appease Him before being zapped. Many time a sermon will be deliver with such emotion and intensity its as if Gods people are being scolded or reprimanded by the preacher. Fear is a great motivator, especially to someone living in fear and doubt. Its possible theses people (burdened with fear) carry and abide by a list of “what and what not to do”.
I was actually surprised to see a list of five things on a popular website on how to please God. I’m sure that if you went from church to church, you would have a concoction of tasks and things that you should do, or refrain from doing in order to please God. Does your church have a list? What is it that you think most believers will say that one must do to please God? Read more on How to please God….

When it comes to sin and hell most people think its the immorality that will cause your soul to be lost. It is said if you don’t go to church, you’ll go to hell, if you smoke, drink, curse or have sex before marriage you’ll go to hell.
Well that is only part of the truth! It’s not the sex, smoking, drinking or cursing that causes a man, women to be lost for an eternity !
Then what will? Simply rejecting Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour! Does this mean I can do what I want when I become a believer? God Forbid! No! Once we become alive to Christ, we become dead to sin. Paul said “How can we which are dead to sin, live any longer in it?”
